He knows he can't restore manufacturing to its heyday so he wants to destroy tech.

When the full scale of the worldwide (UK-Brexit, US, France, Germany) Russian disinformation campaign is publicly discussed, FB/Twitter/Google are going to face serious criticism.
If I were an optimist I'd say the market is pricing in that risk right now. Which means smart people think it's likely the Russian disinformation campaign is going to be blown wide open.

Also going to have ripples. GE has been under performing for years. And Immelt's tenure was terrible for share holders.
