I did something today for the first time.

I called a Congresswoman. Rosa DeLauro.

I saw her on MJ this morning. They didn't give her much time, but I immediately downloaded her book. I'll probably spend all day reading it. Because she speaks to my heart.

She champions the poor and disadvantaged.

The book is called, "The Least Among Us."

If you can, give it a read.

Her staff was incredibly kind.

I've very proud to have Pelosi, Feinstein, Barbara Lee and Kamala Harris representing my State.

And now our Gov. Jerry Brown is moving right along with tackling climate change with other countries. Trump is saying he'll withhold federal taxis but I don't think he can. I think he doesn't get to choose how money is allocated to the States. Bummer!

if we loose it because sme ppl feel that the dnc needs to change its message , then all is lost for us. good luck with her book. found a hard cover version of the book on amazon for $15.00. sounds like a good read.
