(17,984 posts)Have they done anything to secure the votes? Are they going to have another "faulty" card that needs replacing in the middle of the voting? Maybe the night before they could let the janitor drive around with the vote tabulators in the back of his car, just because.

For all the hysteria, it takes a lot to move people to switch voting habits, and typically the impetus to be put in to action requires a clear and identifiable reason that is tangible to their own personal lives or those loved ones immediately around them on a day to day basis.
I hope he wins, and I hope that 2018 & 2020 proves out to be a landmark shift in progressive candidates to take an large majority in the House, over 60 seats in the Senate, an Economically & Socially Progressive President in the White House, and no additional Supreme Court Justice seats filled over the next 3.5 years!
