I heard this today, about "Affordable Care Act" after the election..All states will agree to it..

According to a friend of mine, who says, "All those governors that say they will not implement the Act, will do so, after the election..no matter what"

Why? Because the Federal Government helps to subsidize certain emergancy room costs, that hopitals sorely need to treat people without insurance. If a state does not implement the act, subsidies will stop after January 1, 2013.
According to my friend, the hopitals that treat non insured people...will force these idiot governors to implement
the act...(after the election) since they cannot afford to have those subsidies taken away...end of discussion..Hospitals must treat uninsured by law, and therefore, must have subsidies to keep going...(according to my friend)

That is what my friend says, and that would be ironic. All agree because of money..(maybe not, they do not want the uninsured to live)

Federal money comes to offset costs incurred by the federal laws requiring hospitals treat the uninsured; however they're probably hoping there won't be as many uninsured, since there's a mandate in ACA.

That is that, it will take time for uninsured to become "insured" Who knows?? Yes, there are some, many who will get insurance..but, because this is not known by the people that need it, and the governments in the states that are going to ignore this act..are not going to go all out to help those uninsured, you can bet that it will take time for the process to work. Just like it has taken time for people to find out the truth about the act itself. We know soical security works, we know medicare works..this will work too. It is probably true, that these governors don't give a damn about thier costituents. Hopefully enough will vote, and understand that idea to help our side
..Scott in Florida has awful positive poll numbers..perhaps Florida voters will hear enough about him, not wanting the Afordable Care Act so that The Democrats will sweep the November elections.
