Comey knew exactly what he was doing when he alluded to Bill's meeting with Loretta on the tarmac

He knew the Trump Davidians would exploit it but in exploiting it because of the suggested or apparent impropriety they are drawing attention to the improper contacts of Trump with James Comey and now Preet Bharara:

In fact Trump criticized Bill for meeting with Loretta on the tarmac too.

And Hillary would not have either.
