Total and complete vindication!

That is what Trump tweeted this morning.

Yes, Donald! You no longer need to pay those Mafia lawyers $1500 per hour. You can turn them loose. They are no longer needed.

Yeah, he leaked unclassified information. Some might say he blew the whistle on you?

There is only one small problem with your declaration in your tweet. James Comey is not the person that will vindicate you. Robert Mueller is still investigating, at last report. He is the person that you need to convince of your innocence.

Yes, Donald, you still have your followers, although they are less and less with each passing day. They support you because they voted for you and they cannot admit to themselves just how stupid they appear to normal folks. They will ride your bus until you back it up and run over their silly red hats.

manage to "totally & completely vindicate him?" It doesn't even make any sense.

there is no point in contesting the "truth" of such statements. it would be a complete waste of time.
he will behave as if he's been absolutely "vindicated" regardless, because that's what he does, and it's all he knows how to do. expect nothing less.

...as far as people who don't know the definition of "vindicated" are concerned.
