DC doesn't allow it unless it's a trained and registered service animal. I encounter some german shepherds and labradors on the trains that way.

(146,331 posts)in that bag. However, how about a bag with holes for the dog's legs? That way, the dog could walk on his own, but still be in the bag and within the rules. My beagle would be happy as a clam in that situation.

(2,404 posts)Apparently Martha Stewart had a segment where she showed viewers how to take a tote and remove the grommets so the dogs legs could stick through. lol
Don't doubt that it won't be long until someone launches an official product.
I love Beagles. We wanted to try to find one in the pound to adopt, but we have other dogs, and I've read they're prone to howling?
