Bill Maher and Kathy Griffin are unnecessary diversions.

Even if they have every right to free speech - at least as much as the cartoonists in the Middle East - they tend to divert our attention from a more important battle at hand.

We do not need to give fodder to those whom we are trying to educate about the progression of authoritarianism. It makes our job more difficult, in my opinion.

This is just my opinion.

For Their "Free Speech". Not a diversion when they made the choice to use highly questionable speech.

...I'm standing with her, now that she needs our support.

I'll be damned if I'm going to start peeling people away from our party, just because they've offended Trump republicans.

.

I'm getting sick of the Democrats who cut and run at the first sign of trouble, acting as Neville Chaimberlains.

but it gives the right the ammo to fire back and say "see what cruel things they say" meaning those from the left. It goes both ways, we don't like what they say or do either. What we can do, is act like the adults.

Griffin is edgy. The bloody head was a parity of Trump's Megan Kelly's blood coming from everywhere. Stupid idea within the context of Trump's remarks...stupid.

Mahr is edgy. His stuff garners cringes. Stupid remark within the context of the discussion. I don't know...

We need to focus people!

This has just become ridiculous. We have bigger enemies to direct our attention toward.

racist comment.

Kathy knows she went to far and has stood up to the TPTB, the filth in Congress that actively work against all Americans best interests, the gay rights movement, pro-choice, pro-women movements. She is some one I will support, she deserves it. Maher thinks he has carte blanche to yell fire in a crowded theatre and not face any consequences. I've had enough of Bill and his bashing of everyone that doesn't think like him.

12. It's actually not illegal to yell fire in a crowded theatre - got overturned by SCOTUS in 1960.

And the decision that phrase is linked to was the government punishing anti-war demonstrators in WWI. It makes me vomit when liberals use such a flawed SCOTUS rationale.
