The D's play defense, or most of the time just sit back and take it.

The R's spend money and effort telling their lies, but the D's can't get near as worked up about telling the truth.

That may not be the only reason that the R's keep winning, but it's a big one.

We think we have to be very careful what we say, or the Repubs might poke holes in it. They are a culture of lies and exaggerations. Money isn't the problem. We can compete on that level.

We have to let them have it...no holes barred...and don't give them a chance to come up for air. Not give a damn what the Repubs say about us! It seems like once we get some momentum, we let them change the subject. If they can't do it with a story that helps them, they will do it with something that hurts, like pulling out of the Paris Accord. DT is such a master at that. We need to pound them like we were in a fight for our life with a rabid wolf.

Wanna bet before or as Comey testifies Thursday, there is a more dramatic major news story...maybe we attack Korea, but there will be something.

John McCain your time is running out to prove you are a real patriot, any decent patriot would have said something by now, something that got EVERBODY's attention, not just mild concern.

You so called patriots are watching your country be sold to Russia. Right now. Happening right now.

And we're hanging on by the most tenuous thread to Russiagate prosecutions as the only escape. But even if we bring down every single one of those bastards and half the Republican Party, we'll still have to deal with the other half....and they will still be in power.

2018 elections? How much less rigged will they be than the ones in 2016?

Yeah. Sometimes I think we're already toast. And so is the world.

Unless there's been an extreme subterfuge of mid-to-high level brass such as happened in the Ashcroft DOJ, most of the real chain-of-command folks will not obey some sTrumpette's call to arms.

Most of the people I've worked with in the military world are quite thoughtful, intelligent, and able to understand unlawful orders. There aren't a lot of other idiots like Haig, MacArthur, or Turgidson in the professional corps. I'm sure many of the "volunteer" troops are siphoned from what someone called the "deplorables" - not my phrase, I'd rather say that the recruitment activities tend to attract people that are hurt by the economic and educational opportunities.

I can confirm your suspicions. I only hope Dems (OR ANYBODY!) find a viable replacement so he can go back to his milkstool.
