Did Nunes consult with Trump to put himself back on the Committee?

We thought he had recused himself from the Russia investigation but, this week, he inserted himself back into the picture, and requested 3 subpoenas for members of the previous Administration. Also, he has access to all the intelligence.

Is he still making secret runs to the White House? Did Trump recommend that he disrupt and obstruct the House investigation?

I would not be surprised.
