Trump had a 9% approval rating in Europe when he was a candidate in 2016

How close to zero would it be if a poll was taken today?

Obama had positive European numbers, some as high as 80+ percent, in 2016 compared to GW Bush's pathetic 20 percent or lower in 2008. Bush's poll numbers with our allies were probably the lowest of any US President since Nixon and the Vietnam War, but Trump is making those look like The Good Ole' days.

I couldn't find any Trump/Obama comparisons, but here is the Obama/Bush poll....
