Does Twitler realize that his stupid tweets have eliminated any Executive Privilege

he might have otherwise enjoyed regarding Comey's testimony? The buffoon has basically given Comey carte blanche to say whatever he wants. LOL, this clown is the definition of the term, you can't fix stupid!

I've seen interviewed has said the exact same thing. Given he's already given "his side" of the conversation, he can forget getting any judge to grant executive privilege. His big mouth (and tiny typing fingers) will be what does him in.

Hard to claim privileges and rights that you've already "waived" through prior actions.

He's used to bullying people in civil court and outlasting them financially. That tactic shouldn't work against the DoJ and the Senate, not to mention the court of public opinion.

And I don't think he's going to listen to his lawyers, either.

And hopefully that will be his downfall.

If he invokes privilege, then there's like to be a court case or something that will push the testimony back until he loses.

He may have done well in civil court over the years but he and his lawyers are playing in a different arena now and they don't seem to know the rules.
