One year ago today President Obama issued his final LGBT Pride Month proclamation, a tradition Donald Trump, as well as all other federal agencies, evidently chose to discontinue.
Tonight, however, Ivanka issued a pair of tweets in which she declares that she is “proud to celebrate and honor the LGBTQ community” and support her “LGBTQ friends and the LGBTQ Americans who have made immense contributions to our society and economy.”

"Oh, my God, you're pregnant" was her (Jackie) mom's first response, before running through a litany of parental fears. "Are you in jail? Did you get expelled? Are you in trouble? What happened? What did you do?" Suddenly her mom's silence matched Jackie's own. "Oh, my God," she murmured in disbelief. "Are you gay?"
Her parents couldn't even talk to her to tell her she was cut out of their lives after her mother insulted her before hanging up, they sent her brother do it instead.
Daniel Pierce, kicked out of his home and disowned by his family.
Teens who have to put their their lives on hold and face homelessness and being cut off from their family.

(Bonus question: The state of Texas is considering making it OK to discriminate against gays and unmarried people when it comes to adoption even though there are about 15,000 children in the foster care system, how many children is Ivanka planning on adopting?)
