Since the treaty wasn't ratified by the Senate just by Obama Trump has the ability to withdraw without any input from the Senate.

Near 2/3 that would ratify it as a treaty. As an executive agreement it is in the executives sole discretion to continue with it.

Did you ever notice that Democrat presidents in the last 40 years have always had to clean up after Rublicans....for a majority of their terms before they can even get to their own agendas? Dems get the economy going again, stable, world more peaceful....and here comes the Rups....destructive force ever!!!
