What conservative pundits are writing

Jason Wilson
Thursday 18 May 2017 12.11 EDT

... Ross Douthat .. the New York Times’ in-house religious conservative ... argues .. Trump’s mental faculties are so atrophied .. that he could and should be removed under .. the 25th amendment ...

John Daniel Davidson .. at .. The Federalist ... attempts to rebut .. Douthat ... Removing Trump would spark conflict in a precariously divided nation; elites should not seek to override the will of the American people without serious reasons for doing so, and the materials leaked to date don’t measure up; and the leaking campaign is itself disturbingly anti-democratic ...

I'm not ready to finger wag at the mirror. Let it play out. Our constitution, our rule of law, our democracy is stronger than Trump and his fascist cabal.

Has Davidson forgotten that President Trump didn't win a majority of the popular vote? Trump didn't even win a plurality of the vote! Trump was installed through a combination of holdover appeasement of slaveholders in the Constitution, a sophisticated and relentless program of voter suppression, and a yet-to-be-ascertained bit of skullduggery from foreign and domestic interference.

Take away that numbskull's crayons before he "writes" another column.

“FOX-bots”. There is no reasoning with them as they continue to pull away from their last vestiges of reason, rationality, and sanity digging their heels ever deeper into the madness of all out 100% tRump support no matter what, come hell or high water.
I have known these people since childhood, and that is some 50 years ago. We were close friends through thick and thin…. Until now... but because of a last e-mail, never again.

Slip-sliden away, slip sliden-away….
I know a man, he came from my home town
He wore his passion for his Trump like a thorny crown.
Slip sliden away.
