I grew up with the specter of the Soviet Union/Russia looming large.

NO ONE trusted the Russians, they were our sworn enemy.

They have not changed, but it seems WE have.

As US politics have devolved from intellectually sound (mostly) debate to a team sport, suddenly its all good with Russia as far as GOPee supporters go. How do you say Team Uber Alles in Russian?

I can NOT believe how fast the general mistrust of Russia changed when Lardass came to power. How fucking EASY to pull off a coup.

Hey GOPee . . . . THERE ARE RUSSIANS IN THE WHITE HOUSE.

Does anyone fucking care?

Something has got to give. This cannot be what the future has to hold. We are so much better than this.

The instructor was Andrew K. Anastasia. I don't remember what he looked like, but do remember the name. I have the traces of lead in my right palm from sitting next to my seatmate in the auditorium. She had her pencil in her hand facing to the sky and I put my hand on it when I was taking my seat.
