According to a variety of sources, including the graphic above, the KGOP PRO-LIFE position is a huge money maker for insurance companies....
Since PREGNANCY - at any time in your life prior to obtaining insurance is apparently now considered a PRE-EXISTING CONDITION
Worthy of a 425% SURCHARGE ??????
Which is roughly the MEDIAN surcharge of the 14 included in the data pictured above...
At 425%... plus the actual initial premium
Being a Mom makes my insurance eligible to cost 5 Times as much as if I had never been pregnant???
WTF???
If this really is what it appears to be.....
a whole bunch of KGOP & and anyone who voted them in
oughta be slapped up side their head
by their momma&
grandma &
aunt &
sister&
wife&
daughter &
any female that is within arms reach
Ok... If I am currently pregnant when I am signing up for insurance then it actually is a pre-existing condition ......
But because once upon a time I was pregnant it is somehow still considered pre-existing.... ???
sure... parenting goes on forever... but the pregnancy doesn't.....
Now... here is a good question for all those dipshit House KGOP ...
If someone has a pre-existing condition and is over 50 (or min age for 5x rate)....
Can the insurance company apply both surcharges?
If so,
A. Are they each figured as The percentage of the same base premium rate then added together for a total?
Or
B. Is the Age rate multiplier applied first and then used as the base to calculate the pre-existing surcharge?
What if you have 2 pre existing conditions?
Charged only the higher surcharge?
Charged for each condition?
What about Age + 2 or more pre existing conditions?
What is the formula?
IS THERE A FORMULA????????
Or can the states make up their own formulas ... as long as they submit it for an automatic waiver ???
C'mon KGOP ...
you have had a whole lotta years to plot your revenge repeal and quite a while to develop the Replacement ...
surely you specifically designated the various formulas to be used for the surcharge multiplier calculations....
Only a bunch of rich old white men could make this kinda shit up & then celebrate it with a fucking Frat House style lawn party...
Anybody else would know better than to disrespect the woman who brought them into this world ...

I think being a dick should be a pre-existing condition. Sadly it's just standard operating procedure in trump land.

This is cruel beyond belief. People will suffer and die if this bill is signed into law and they were celebrating it today.
