The fantasy that Trump and Pence will be impeached and convicted is just that - a fantasy.

Let's try to win a majority in at least one house of Congress as a start, okay?

Which is one of the reasons they aren't supposed to fly in planes together.

Either Pence or Trump will resign and a new Vice President would be chosen.

Unless they both die or resign at the same time, we will have a republican president until at least 2021.

He is not liked very well in DC and now after this, he will be despised by many more. I mean, how much respect can you have for a guy like this:

But his seat would have to be considered safe at the moment by any objective measure.

As for the other races, I think he loses his speakership. There will be a lot of defeatism about gerrymandering and other issues but it's going to be a winnable fight. They're worried.

First State to have the first and best Public Radio station, the first State to give workers compensation benefits and unemployment benefits, oh yah, it's now a skeleton of what it once was. I cry for my birth State. They have Wanker, Ryan and Prebius.

In 2010, a lot of democrats who were safe went the way of the dinosaur.

I don't think Ryan is as safe as a lot of folks seem to think. He went home to campaign in his district in 2012.

The more Ryan is out in the public eye, the more he looks like a moron.

I think he'll lose in 2018.

As awful as Ryan is, if he were replaced at this point in time, the Republicans would just find another hideous deplorable to replace him. Unfortunately, there's no shortage of them.
