8. Why Ossoff is doing as well as he is in this seat held by Newt Gingrich

because the district is different from when gingrich held the seat. when gingrich was there it was mostly all white.

now there have been increase in non whites so minorities make up over 30 percent . and this vote largely goes to democrats. minorities have usually been less likely to vote but Trump's hate woke up many of them and got them involved.

and this is why Trump only won this area by just 1 point. and why the republican congressional candidate has gotten less vote with time.
