Politico is utterly detached from reality. Read how they imagined President HRC's first 100 days.

Just a reminder: Politico routinely trashed Hillary Clinton during the 2016 campaign-season.

http://www.politico.com/magazine/story/2017/04/26/hillarys-first-100-days-an-alternate-history-215075?lo=ap_c1

Day 2:
The Republican-controlled Senate swiftly confirms the vast majority of President Clinton’s nominees,

Republicans doing a favor to a democratic President. Hillary, of all sorts. Suuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuure.

...

Day 5:
Trump blasts “horrible gutless Republicans” like Jeb Bush for abandoning him. In response, Bush tweets: “Grow a pair.”

Jeb "stiff establishment poodle" Bush is supposed to insult somebody with a sexual expletive.

...

Day 8:
With the Republican Party in disarray, and plunging in popularity, two moderate Republican senators, Susan Collins and Lisa Murkowski, announce that they will henceforth be independents.

Oh, come on. Clinton winning would have been the biggest gift to the Republicans. They would seamless have switched from Obama-bashing to Clinton-bashing and their base would have been energized and outraged.

...

Day 11:
Chelsea Clinton is named senior adviser to the president and director of the brand new White House Women’s Empowerment Office.

See? Hillary would also engage in nepotism!!!

...

Day 13:
In the first veto of her presidency, Hillary Clinton rejects legislation to repeal Obamacare—a bill that passes both houses of Congress by narrow margins.

The Obamacare-repeal passed congress despite the possibility of a democratic filibuster and even though Democrats have a majority of 51:50 votes in the Senate in this fantasy-world.

...

Day 21:
President Clinton’s most controversial appointment, Secretary of Labor Elizabeth Warren, receives 62 votes for confirmation.

BWAHAHAHAHA!

...

Day 25:
Republicans announce that they have sufficient votes to filibuster the Booker nomination. In response, Democrat Chuck Schumer says the time has come to invoke the “nuclear option” and allow a simple up-or-down vote on Supreme Court nominations.

See? The Democrats are just as hypocritical and power-hungry as the Republicans!!!

...

Day 30:
A Clinton spokesman refuses to comment on questions raised by the Wall Street Journal regarding President Clinton’s continued use of a private server and email while in the White House.

Because she would totally do that, because it would in no way be a huge PR-disaster.

...

Day 33:
In her first major piece of legislation, President Clinton announces a guest worker program to legalize the millions of undocumented immigrants in the United States who are “lost in the shadows.” The U.S. Chamber of Commerce and other leading voices in the Republican establishment express tentative support.

Would not ever fucking happen:
1. "Illegal immigrants are taking our jobs!"
2. The Republicans would bash her for the sake of bashing her.
3. The US Chamber of Commerce would bash this idea because now illegal immigrants could no longer be exploited with ridiculously low wages.

...

Day 36:
Hillary Clinton stuns the audience at the Academy Awards by appearing on stage to present one of the evening’s first awards.

Because a seasoned, hardened and determined political veteran would take a break from the most important job in the world to waste time at a meaningless festivity.

...

Day 90:
WikiLeaks announces that it will have “a special surprise” planned for the president to commemorate her first 100 days in office.

That's about the only 100% believable thing in the whole article. Julian Assange HATES Hillary Clinton.

...

Day 95:
Democrats (with the help of Collins and Murkowski) vote to support the “nuclear option” for Supreme Court nominees.

See? I warned you! I warned you that the Democrats are hypocritical bastards who only care about power! I warned you!!!

...

Day 100:
WikiLeaks releases transcripts of Bill Clinton’s speeches before private industry groups in which he says, “I’m basically a Republican these days” and mocks a single-payer heath care plan similar to one his wife now champions. WikiLeaks also discloses an email from White House chief of staff John Podesta, which seems to indicate that the former president believed his wife’s campaign was “a slow-motion train wreck.” Former presidential candidate Trump tells reporters he “probably” will seek the White House in 2020 and says he’s not sure whether Hillary Clinton is the “legitimate” president. Widespread outcry ensues in the mainstream media.

Honestly, I think the author of this piece was just fucking with us and this was in no way intended to be an educated guess on Hillary Clinton's Presidency.
Many of his predictions only make sense if you not only flip the outcome of the 2016 national election, in this alternate history you would also have to make massive changes to the whole year of 2016. Like forgetting Benghazi...

"duh" and deleted your post and adjusted your parody detector.

It should be noted however, that Politico should not be mistaken for the Onion
as this article demonstrates.

Inclined to believe that it's a parody but per the author's bio "Matt Latimer is a former speechwriter for President George W. Bush."

If he was going for parody I suggest he try adding more tongue into his cheek.

Those two dirtbags wasted our tax dollars on politically motivated investigations.
