Alex Oronov, who had family ties to President Trump's lawyer, Michael Cohen,reportedly organised a Jan. 2017 meeting aimed at helping give Putin control of Crimea.
The meeting was with Felix Sater ( who Trump claims now to not know, after 30 plus years of buddy buddy),
Trump's attorney Michael Cohen, and Ukrainian MP Andrii Artemenko. The plans ended up with Michael Flynn’s office just before he resigned.

and Oronov ended up mysteriously dead on March 5, 2017. Still no cause has been reported, but he was one of the 8-9 dead Russians involved with Russia/Urkraine plots.

Before he died, he bought,on Jan. 6, a 1.5 million dollar condo, from the Toll Brothers.

Bruce Toll, is a member of Mar-a-Lago. He lives near Mar-a-Lago and "occasionally" discusses "national issues" with Trump.

Bruce Toll, a real estate executive who co-founded Toll Brothers, one of the nation’s largest home builders, and who is still active in the industry, owns a home nearby and frequently sees Mr. Trump at Mar-a-Lago, he said. While they did not discuss any of Mr. Toll’s specific projects, he said, the two would occasionally discuss national issues, such as Mr. Trump’s plans to increase spending on highways and other infrastructure projects.

and pretty big here in the tri-state (PA, NJ, DE) area, although they have apparently expanded to a number of other states.
