Tornado Siren Test Here in St. Paul, MN

Sirens just went off. My two beagles think that is cause for throwing their heads back and howling continuously. With luck, this won't be a long drill, but the Emergency Broadcast system just honked, too.

Everyone return to your homes. This is a test. This is nothing but a test. There is no tornado!

They sound the sirens at 1PM on the first Wednesday of the month here every month. I can't hear them very well from my basement office, but I can sure hear the hounds howling.

We get the first Wednesday one, but we just had a siren a little while ago also.
