this whole bernie not being a dem

is like blm wanting to have a "blacks" only meeting, shit is stupid and I don't even like Bernie. the truth of the matter is do we want to live better or not, me personally I want to live better and I don't care how I get to that part. independent, republican, democratic, jewish, catholic, Baptist, atheist, I don't care I just want to live in a world that is getting things down and not somewhere like Turkey or Russia.

can we just work with the people we need to work with and get the job done.

Giving too much power and a platform to someone who gives the side-eye to Democrats (unless they're his anointed peeps of course)

Hillary Clinton was the winner of the primary, what power was she given? And why wouldn't the candidate get their platform? I thought it was weird that the guy who los was dictating things, but the person who won shouldn't have a platform?

That is not how American government works. What are you suggesting, that a winning candidate not have a platform or any say?

have turned the other cheek and played nice. but my comment wasn't silly, Hillary was crowned king and as it turned out she didn't do as good a job as needed to be done. and yes I know about the Russian's still doesn't excuse her not campaigning like she needed too.

I don't understand the fuss being made here about Bernie and his own words.

I don't understand why he was attacking the GA Democrat (forgot his name), nor why he is supporting anti choices who were pushing forced ultrasounds and harassing women seeking abortions.

People supporting anti choicers are not doing anything to help quite a lot of us live, period, much less live better. I personally do care how we get to progressive ideals, if it must be through denying my basic rights, violating my trust with my doctor or state sponsored rape via unnecessary medical procedures, I fail to see how this is better than Turkey or Russia, where they are NOT doing this. This is not a world that gets things dow, this is so reprehensible that it is dystopian fiction, that not even the worst regimes engage in.

We need to look at the people we are working with and evaluate if tolerating such things really gets any job done.

I feel like there is such a singular focus by the news media on Sanders that other (actual) Democrats are being routinely ignored (and then Sanders complains about the Democrats being weak)

...the malcontents are few, and by the rules it's allowed. Sanders will have plenty of time to prove himself an ally of the party, and not just of the people. And of all the people, too.
