Obama Derangement Syndrome is Worse Than Ever

I thought once Obama left office we would finally be relieved from ODS but it's worse than ever. The current "administration" and its sycophants can't do or say anything without referencing Obama. Everything is good or bad only in reference to whether Obama did or didn't do something in relation to it. It's so bad that apparently now we have to go to war because Obama did not or would not. Everything he did is the "worst deal ever made" and must be obliterated, destroyed or reversed.

I listen to cspan and hear callers calling for war and "taking them out" in the most casual manner as though there are absolutely no negative consequences whatsoever to "bombing the shit" out of people. The reason we have to do it? Because Obama made us weak with bad deals, going on apology tours, decimating the military, and not bombing the fuck out of people.

Meanwhile the republicans have clearly colluded with America's arch enemy, but so what. It was white guys that did that, and it was necessary to protect us from Obama and Hillary.

Bizzaro world just keeps getting deeper.

His approval numbers are abysmal and at historic lows for only 3 months in. He couldn't get his own party to do the one thing they've been screaming about for 7 years (repeal the ACA). He's reneging on all his promises (surprise) and pretty much doing the exact opposite.

Right-wingers sure like picking incompetent buffoons.

Meanwhile, Pres. Obama will likely be remembered as one of our great presidents, and that's what they hate.

on its head.

I do believe the entire genesis of Trump's eventual run was SOLELY based upon the azz-whipping, tongue-lashing and overall upbraiding that President Obama laid on the orange freak that very night.

I do wonder if Obama sorely wished he could wind back the clock and have skipped the roast of that fat fellow?

If it could be done, Hillary Rodham Clinton would be President Clinton today.

This I truly believe.

for not fielding anyone else who could take him down.

And the MSM for propping up Trump like the election was some reality show.

And Dem voter turnout that was low enough to allow Russian interference to be a factor.

Any idiot can run for POTUS for any reason. There needs to be enough sanity and resistance to keep them from actually achieving that goal.

I've always felt the same way. It's like he's "gettin' even with Obama" for making him the butt of a joke. I saw the dinner on TV and Trump sat there stoic with no emotion, but you could tell he was seething. He was just bidding his time. He said he never forgets and he always gets even. He is one sorry excuse for a human being.

It's almost as though Obama is still President to these people and/or still doing things from beyond (wouldn't that be great if true?). The so-called "Party of Personal Responsibility" can't- or won't- take any responsibility for ANYTHING it seems. President Obama inherited a genuine mess from GWB back in 2009 but I remember him and his team getting to work pretty much right away trying to fix the problems leftover from the previous (mis-)Administration and not spending quite so much time assigning blame and cursing his stars (unless he was being blamed for things that he shouldn't have been, which Republicans often attempted to do).
