Dem: Kushner may have committed indictable offense-wants his Security Clearance revoked

Flynn lied about and omitted his connections to Russia-he finally got fired by Trump.
Sessions lied about and he had recuse himself from involvement in Russia probes.
Kushner is still running around the WH and the world--no repercussions for his omitting his connections with Russia!!!

Dem: Kushner may have committed ‘indictable’ offense

A House Democrat says Jared Kushner may have committed an "indictable" offense and should have his security clearance revoked.

Kushner, President Trump’s son-in-law and senior adviser, has said leaving meetings with foreign officials off of his security clearance form was an accident.

But Rep. Don Beyer (D-Va.) and other Democrats aren’t willing to let him off the hook.

“Having omitted really significant pieces of information, which I'm not a prosecutor but, a quick reading of the law suggests that … a security clearance could be denied just on this alone and might even be [an] indictable offense," Beyer told The Hill..................................

clearance. By not being clear in your answers on a security clearance form, hints that you as an applicant, are inclined toward the behavior of deception. If you cannot be trusted to be honest you cannot work in a highly secure government position. Normally.

There are spies within the Trump administration working on behalf of the Russian intelligence services. In my opinion.

But it's still a fight worth picking. Doing and saying nothing would make sure nothing comes of Kushner's perjuring himself.

Like a deposition, he should know what those are, it's not a mistake. It is perjury, it is lying under the oath, it a felony. This guy shouldn't just lose his clearance but needs to be kicked out of the WH. Along with his wife and his father in law.

House and Senate as well as the Presidency and the FBI won't be of any use either since Comey exposed where his true loyalties are when he rode off to help Trump during the election with that fake Hillary email bullshit.
Now there is one potential avenue that the Democrats can try and that's going after the Repugnants at the state level for any crimes they might commit in states where they don't control the judiciary and I don't mean harassing them I simply mean investigating them if a crime was committed and holding them fully accountaable.
If the Democrats do that I bet we might see a number of Repugnants ending up in prison.

There's no town as full of lawyers as DC, but there's no inertia like DC's, either.

While we wait, the momentum of these criminalities dies, public attention wanes, people forget what is so bad about these crimes they hardly remember, and new comedies, distractions and disasters drive media attention.

Timeliness in enforcing the law -- and the historical lessons that reinforce civic values -- is lost in just this way.
