Carter Page: screwed, blued and tattooed

We knew this when the CNN report broke, but this story adds a bit more weight, in the form of the words of John Rizzo.

We just got a huge sign that the US intelligence community believes the Trump dossier is legitimate

The FBI reportedly used the explosive, unverified dossier detailing President Donald Trump's alleged ties to Russia to bolster its case for a warrant that would allow it to surveil Carter Page, an early foreign-policy adviser to Trump's campaign.

It's a key signal that the FBI had enough confidence in the validity of the document to work to corroborate it and present it in court.

"In my long experience in dealing with FISA processing, unconfirmed information about a potential target cannot (and has not been) included in the application?," said John Rizzo, the former acting general counsel of the CIA.

"So, if the CNN report is accurate, then I have to believe that the FBI and Department of Justice concluded (and the Court agreed) that the info in the dossier about Page was reliable," Rizzo said, "and in all liklihood was backed up by other available intelligence."

connected to tRump. If we were given a heads up 2 weeks before the election that Putin was in bed with the tRump campaign there would be no President Putin tRump.

and did nothing about it. This would not have been a "political" ploy, it would have been the Just way to show our Intelligence" agencies. Hiding it until after the election and throwing the election for HRC shows there are big problems in the FBI. We have to get a real president in the WH.

Which is why I keep saying everything we see/hear is a power play. They're using trump and the info for leverage. Nobody is working for the people - only for the power players, rich, wallstreet, etc.

Everyone keeps waiting for the system to correct - but it's the system that is damaged and corrupt in the first place.

Not that trump is not a monster - but this has been building over many years as a result of greed, arrogance, ignorance, etc Everyone should read "the Devils Chessboard" about the the Dulles brothers and the CIA since WWII and see what has been considered the "normal and proper" for 70+ years.

I think the IC and Senate committees know - maybe even House - they are just tied in knots trying to figure out how and whether to release it, thus destabilizung this country even more.

They are also looking at who is left untarnished to unite and run this country? Pence, or is he implicated? Ryan?

As "patriots" their concern is to avoid violent revolution. Think of the vast number of Americans who are armed due to the propaganda of the NRA.

I wouldn't be surprised if dems, including Obama, have been notified and are in on the decision making.

I know it sounds like tinhat, but it's actually the most simple explanation. Just like the reporting on Comey - no big conspiracy, he was just afraid of how republicans would spin it if he didn't release the info on HRC. That they would cry politics and undermine the election outcome, presumably her win.

Huge turning point for this country right now. We must keep showing up in huge numbers in every way to give the IC confidence that a majority wants to do the right thing. Have a sane administration and continue our democracy!

Ya think?
