4. Can't read the Dworkin file

Every time I try to access the file my phone gets booted right off the net, I've tried numerous searches (without spending hours trying) and each time I'm dropped off the net.

I can supposedly read it if.....
I download somebody's app, not going to happen, I don't need advertisements shoved down my throat daily and loads of spam in my inbox, not happening.

Does anybody know of a way I can just plain old read the file?, it shouldn't be this difficult.

The link above drops me from the net every time, it's like somebody doesn't want people to get access to the file......
