There is no constitutional mechanism for an electoral do-over. Once the winner is certified and sworn in, the electorate is stuck with that person for the duration of their term barring a 25th Amendment removal or the impeachment process.

Yeah, we'd all like another bite at the apple, but there's no way for it to happen. CNN should know that. Their ex-CIA person should know that.

draft an emergency amendment before fucking fascism sets in and your constitution is destroyed by the new 'government'? And there are no more elections? Because the rot is so deep?

This isn't just a rogue president, important parts of the ENTIRE GOVT are infected. And there are people who could have sounded the alarm before the election, like McConnell - but he chose not to. Jesus. The entire govt is compromised. Laws are written and struck every day, it's not like it can't be done.
