‘Just like any other damn president’: Trump supporters are angry they’re not ‘winning’

http://www.rawstory.com/2017/04/just-like-any-other-damn-president-trump-supporters-are-angry-theyre-not-winning/

Supporters of President Donald Trump still aren’t winning, despite what their dear leader says on Twitter or to Fox News.

A New York Times profile of Trump supporters in Pennsylvania revealed all of the work Trump has been doing isn’t helping them and they’re starting to lose hope.

“Just like any other damn president,” Theresa Remington said. She works as a home-care worker and both of her children are Marines on active duty. She voted for Trump hoping he’d overhaul the Veterans Administration and the health care system. He hasn’t. Calling it nothing more than “political bluster,” Remington then wondered what would have happened if Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT) was the one in the White House.

“No one wants to be wrong,” Brian Mock said. He works as a tattoo artist in Levittown. “It’s seeing a house on fire and saying, ‘That house isn’t on fire.’ It is very clearly on fire.”

Theresa Remington and her sons just won't like it when they have to go to a GP and he doesn't have a clue what benefits they might be entitled to because a chronic illness is related to their service jobs. They won't like it if any service-related disability gets treated as if they had never served. They won't like it if their VA coverage suddenly looks like Medicare with 20% co-pays.

And they still don't care. No matter how many times you point out Trump's failures, they don't care. All they care about is partisan politics and their stupid majority, which they haven't done jack shit with.

You're neither silent nor the majority. The vote count proves the latter beyond argument and this picture proves the former.

They can just fuck off. The silent majority? Lol. They are loud, rude and crude. A lot of them act like because Trump is President, they have been given permission to be assholes. Is this silent majority supposed to be like that moral majority be? Is he like any other President? I suppose since he is supposed to work within the rules of the law but he is so corrupt that he makes his own rules. But he is going to face opposition and resistance all the way. To the voters that got played for suckers, go fuck yourselves.

Of course, anyone dumb enough to fall for his lies is going to struggle to realize that their idol pulled the big con on them.

First day, he was going to repeal Obamacare, lick ISIS, create a skabillion jobs (give or take a kajillion), round up all the Messicans and liberals and shoot them into the sun, and flap his arms and fly to the moon.

Okay, it was all impossible, but his supporters didn't care. It sounded real good and that's all that mattered. Not like that nasty woman who was just going to bring cool competence to the Oval Office and continue the work of her predecessor.

You know, like a king (a king, of course, being the exact thing the Founding Fathers did NOT want this country to have).

Hell, to his credit, even Trump thought he could do that!

And he still thinks he's royalty, as indicated by his "demand" to ride in Queen Elizabeth's golden carriage.

I'm truly not at all getting why they thought a born-on-third-base billionaire, a serial bankrupter of a sole proprietorship who frequently screwed small business and labor for decades was going to be the one to tend to their needs.

It's, again, speaking to the fact that America's default is Republican, unless you work really, REALLY hard to convince them otherwise.

I actually liked him but he was really over the top about Trump; he thought that by now everything would be solved.

So I happened to run into him yesterday and he's telling me how much he regrets voting for Trump.
With Trump running around half cocked and belligerent he's plenty smart enough to see that if Kim Jung Un gives the Orange Slime one more " I double dog dare you" the missiles could be flying and we'd be in a full scale war.
And the draft would be reinstated. And as a healthy 23 y.o.male he's worried he'd be drafted. Sincerely hope we don't go through the horrors of a full scale war but Trump's such a loose cannon, who knows?

Hoping Trump would overhaul the VA. Should be explained to Trumptards what republicans mean when they say want to fix the VA. What they mean is they want to privatize it and streamline veterans disability benefits into SSA. Shit that will not be good for veterans. I'm so sick of racist fucktards ruining the country with their stupidity. Also anybody that liked Bernie Sanders and then turned around and voted for Trump is a moron of epic proportions.

is hard work. I'm sure Mr. Small Hands has writer's cramp. drumpf made a lot of blustery promises that he will never be able to deliver. Many of his executive orders are going to hurt members of his base. So much for winning.
