Alex Jones is in trouble...

Yeesh.

In Travis County custody case, jury will search for real Alex Jones

Austin American Statesman ^ | 4/16/17 | Jonathan Tilove

At a recent pretrial hearing, attorney Randall Wilhite told state District Judge Orlinda Naranjo that using his client Alex Jones’ on-air Infowars persona to evaluate Alex Jones as a father would be like judging Jack Nicholson in a custody dispute based on his performance as the Joker in “Batman.” “He’s playing a character,” Wilhite said of Jones. “He is a performance artist.”

But in emotional testimony at the hearing, Kelly Jones, who is seeking to gain sole or joint custody of her three children with Alex Jones, portrayed the volcanic public figure as the real Alex Jones.

“He’s not a stable person,” she said of the man with whom her 14-year-old son and 9- and 12-year-old daughters have lived since her 2015 divorce. “He says he wants to break Alec Baldwin’s neck. He wants J-Lo to get raped.

“I’m concerned that he is engaged in felonious behavior, threatening a member of Congress,” she said, referring to his recent comments about California Democrat Adam Schiff. “He broadcasts from home. The children are there, watching him broadcast.”

but only when he hasn't threatened the kids...yet. Sometimes it's like that because she knows she'll be really poor and living in a shelter for a while and can't stand to see her kids living like that. Sometimes all she can afford is a studio apartment, too small for three kids, until she manages to find her feet. Sometimes abuse has left her so traumatized and feeling so worthless she thinks she's not capable of raising the kids.

In this case, somebody has to sit down and talk with the kids. Even a 9 year old is old enough to have an opinion about where she'd like to live and why. If Jones is anything like his online "performance," nobody is going to want to live with him no matter what terrible things he's said about Mom.

without prejudicing your rights, but not your kids. A good parent puts the safety of the kids before their own needs. I recognize, even for years, some people do not agree with me on that. The law generally does though.

it's hard to believe it's an act.

How much of his stuff have you seen?

Note-- I would say 10 years ago, he was ok. Kind of a normal almost reasonable conspiracy theorist. But during the election, with supporting Trump, he went around the bend. Just all kinds of crap, like he would die for Trump and Obama was a demon who stank of sulfur and crazed shit like that.

Especially the children. Wouldn't it be something quite amazing if the lovers of life, the lovers of our home (earth) were given a proper venue to communicate their values and their beliefs? I have been accused of being a "tree-hugger" - damn right I am. I will fight for life as long as I have one. I will fight for everyone's life, and their right to live it.

peddles in fake news as a form of entertainment?

This makes his PizzaGate retraction a LOT more sensical.

http://www.mediaite.com/online/report-alex-jones-retracted-pizzagate-claims-to-avoid-potential-lawsuit/

The apology was very out of character for Jones, and on Thursday, CNN Money media reporter Tom Kludt revealed why: Alefantis had officially sent a request for a retraction in February, and in Texas, where Jones lives, he was on a deadline to retract the statements to avoid paying punitive damages in a potential lawsuit.

I think we know now what it is.

I will be honest, I thought he was scared of the feds when he did that retraction. Now I am not so sure.

Arrest this POS. All best wishes to his wife and youngsters. They're probably traumatized horribly from sharing space with him.

But he threatened Rep. Adam Schiff in late March and nothing nothing nothing nothing nothing happened.

His performance art piece from late March - which, apparently, his children witnessed?!? *graphic language*:

“I’m not against gay people. OK. I love them, they’re great folks. But Schiff looks like the archetypal cocksucker with those little deer-in-the-headlight eyes and all his stuff. And there’s something about this fairy, hopping around, bossing everybody around, trying to intimidate people like me and you, I want to tell Congressman Schiff and all the rest of them, ‘Hey, listen, asshole, quit saying Roger and I’—and I’ve never used cussing in 22 years, but the gloves are off—‘listen, you son of a bitch, what the fuck’s your problem? You want to sit here and say that I’m a goddamn, fucking Russian. You get in my face with that, I’ll beat your goddamn ass, you son of a bitch. You piece of shit. You fucking goddamn fucker. Listen, fuckhead, you have fucking crossed a line. Get that through your goddamn fucking head. Stop pushing your shit. You’re the people that have fucked this country over and gangraped the shit out of it and lost an election. So stop shooting your mouth off claiming I’m the enemy. You got that you goddamn son of a bitch? Fill your hand.’ I’m sorry, but I’m done. You start calling me a foreign agent, those are fucking fighting words. Excuse me.”

Either way he spouts lies and gets people angry and upset with Democrats and the "liberal agenda". If it is an act, it makes him look even worse, as it shows he doesn't just have bad principles but no principles. He has sold his soul for money.

should have to make sure their audience KNOWS they are a "performance artist" like the "joker in Batman".. That statement should be run on every station and commercial break during their entire show. Here's an incomplete list of boobs that need to do this:

mush limbaugh
glenn beck
alex jones
sean hannity
bill olielly
entire cast of fux and friends
michael weiner
neal boortz
any local radio personality of this variety
