North Korea fires a nuclear missile and the U.S. shoots it down. Trump is declared a hero for standing up to a nuclear attack. It's the worst thing that could happen but not impossible.

(11,686 posts)However my question is...where in the hell does all of that radiation and other crap that kills go? Is it going to explode into the sea and radiate the water that goes to many countries? Will it explode in the air and still spill radiation and all of the other killing chemicals? After it explodes where does all of the crap go? Is everybody going to be safe in the long run? I know this is not the type of comment you were talking about but it made me think of that question.
To your post, I think Trump will take credit for anything he can and when it becomes unfavorable he either says he did not say it ( despite being recorded saying it ) or he blames others. Right now Washington stat, Oregon, and California are the closest to being nuked by NK and we are very blue state so I kind of fear he will make an example of us for having sanctuary cities.
