https://politicalwire.com/2017/04/12/lugar-slams-trump-approach-foreign-policy/"SNIP...............
Former Sen. Richard Lugar (R-IN), who personifies the measured approach to U.S. foreign policy, offered his first comprehensive critique of President Trumps forays into world affairs, the Indianapolis Star reports.
It wasnt pretty.
Lugar called Trumps foreign policy goals simplistic, prosaic and reactive, according to prepared remarks. They are characteristic of a selfish, inward-looking nation that is being motivated by fear, not a great superpower with capacity to shape global affairs.

Lugar is overrated. He's the one that needs the Prozac. Sad.

I'm still wondering how the people of Indiana voted him out in the primary for that dolt Murdoch. Thank God Donnelly won. I imagine as time goes on, more and more moderate Repubs will begin to come out and distance themselves from Trump.
