He speaks glibly and in generalities like a sociopath. Striking difference compared to the NATO SecGen, who was detailed and articulate and clearly knows his shit. Marma-Duce probably thinks the Balkans is a type of yogurt.

today especially, he reminds me of Pageant Girl.

No idea what he's talking about, what he's supposed to say, so he's just searching for words he knows. It's just painful to watch, I'm embarassed for him. It's time for Grandpa to go to the home.

Maybe it's the onset Alzheimer's or the pressure of the job. Ivanka's recent elevation was interesting and here's why. Why didn't Trump put her in place from Day 1?

I swear they may NOT have planned to bring her in at all until Trump started showing the recently weird behaviors we've come to love in our C.I.C.!

-not signing the e.o. before walking out.
-stumbling, using his finger when reading other documents (i.e. speeches).
-using ever smaller words and badly mispronouncing even moderately long words of late.
-allowing ever-increasing friction, and as of today, major friction between Kushner/Bannon/Preibus.

Strange goings on for sure!
