I see the Madman has a press conference scheduled for 4pm eastern today.

Is this in conjunction with any world leader visiting, or is this just a plain old Trump in the spotlight presser?

And if so, will it top the absolute train wreck that was his last full press conference?

Trump can't seem to get it through his vacant noggin that NATO isn't funded by its members, and none of them owe NATO or the US any money. The deal is that each member agrees to spend at least 2% of its GDP on defense. Some countries have not done that. But they don't owe money to NATO.

Watch Stoltenberg closely to see if he ever rolls his eyes. He's Norwegian, and Norwegians are inclined to be polite and restrained; but let's see if he manages to keep a straight face.

when that right-wing nutball Anders Breivik set off a car bomb in Olso and then shot up the summer camp on Utøya. Stoltenberg handled the whole disaster magnificently. I can't imagine what a thug like Trump would have done.
