Seat in row 38 of a row 35 airplane. They wondered why I was not happy. At least I got 300$ voucher for it, but still how do you sell a seat that doesn't exist. Shouldn't an airline know how many seats are on their planes...

The flight was not overbooked. United needed to get a crew of four to Louisville to crew another flight there. They booted four paying passengers to accommodate the four crew members.
