This is a VERY interesting article-Trump and Sandy Hook

Trump Silent After Newtown Asks Him To Denounce Sandy Hook Deniers

By Russell Blair-Contact Reporter

April 4, 2017

Siix weeks after the Newtown school board wrote President Donald Trump asking him to denounce right-wing radio host Alex Jones and others who believe the Sandy Hook massacre was a hoax, the town has yet to receive a response.

"We are asking you to intervene to try to stop [Alex] Jones and other hoaxers like him," the board of education wrote in the Feb. 20 letter. "We are asking you to acknowledge the tragedy from 12/14/12 and to denounce anyone spreading lies and conspiracy theories about the tragedy on that December morning."

On his radio show and in interviews, Jones has boasted of his relationship with Trump, including phone calls with the president.

"Jones repeatedly tells his listeners and viewers that he has your ears and your respect," the letter reads. "He brags about how you called him after your victory in November. He continues to hurt the memories of those lost, the ability of those left behind to heal."

Specifically, the board wants Trump to:

Recognize that 20 children and six adults were murdered at Sandy Hook Elementary School on Dec. 14, 2012.

Denounce any and all who spread lies that the tragedy was a hoax.

Remove your support from anyone who continues to insist that the tragedy was staged or not real.

"At this point, we have not had a response from the White House to the letter that was sent," said Keith Alexander, school board chairman.

Jones, on his radio show in January 2015, said Sandy Hook was "completely fake with actors, in my view, manufactured. ... I couldn't believe it at first," he said.

Last November, Jones defended himself, and said critics were taking his comments out of context. But he still said that "I'm not sure about what really happened [at Sandy Hook] and there has been a cover-up of what really did happen there."

More than four years after 20 children and six educators were slain at the Newtown elementary school, so-called Sandy Hook "truthers" are still causing turmoil in the community, said Eric Paradis, chairman of the Newtown Democratic town committee.

"Our hope is that we would be able to get a response [from the White House]," Paradis said Monday. "The hope is that [Trump] would be able to say that what happened on 12/14 was real and for the hoaxers to leave people alone. They're still out there attacking family members."

In December, a Florida woman was charged with sending death threats to the father of one of the first-graders killed in the shooting. Prosecutors said the woman believed the shooting was a hoax. Two years ago, a New York man was arrested at a Sandy Hook memorial run in Stratford after he accosted a victim's family and told them the shooting was staged and their loved one had not been killed.

"One of the significant roadblocks to our future is the continued rumors and viciousness spread by many people outside of our homes who believe that our tragedy was a staged government event that never happened, that the children and educators we lost never existed," the letter to Trump stated.

Paradis said several people in town stepped forward about sending a letter to the president after Erica Lafferty, the daughter of slain Sandy Hook Principal Dawn Hochsprung, wrote an open letter to Trump in November asking him to denounce Jones.

"Alex Jones and others who believe that the Sandy Hook massacre did not happen are obviously suffering from some type of mental illness because clearly we are living in a community where it's impacted so many," said Po Murray, chairman of the Newtown Action Alliance, a grass-roots gun violence prevention group founded after the shooting. "And it's quite hurtful for these conspiracy theorists to continue to attack the families that have been impacted by gun violence here in Sandy Hook."

The board of education approved sending the letter on Feb. 1 by a 5-1 vote, according to minutes from the meeting. Daniel Cruson Jr., the one board member who voted against it, cited concerns about how sending the letter might "hurt the families" and that "if there is no response from Trump it will feed the hoaxers and their campaign," according to the meeting minutes.

But Alex Copp, a Newtown resident who spoke in favor of sending the letter at a board of education meeting, said it was important for Trump to hear directly from Sandy Hook about his relationship with Jones and the hoaxers who have terrorized the town.

"If we allow this thing to continue, what happens when the next tragedy unfortunately comes about? Are we going to have similar conspiracy theories?" Copp said Monday. He worried that Trump's attacks on the mainstream media, including calling CNN "fake news," only serve to embolden conspiracy theorists.

Copp said he didn't know whether the White House would ever respond, "but he should know that to us here in this community it's an extremely important issue."

If he needs to maintain his approval among his base by spitting on the graves of children, he'll do it in a heartbeat.

For the sake of argument, lets say they are right. Obama and the Dems, organized this mass murder of children because they wanted to at the very least pass some kind of gun control or worse, take away every private owned gun in the country. For one, it didn't work, and it hasn't worked after other mass shootings, so why would they risk getting caught in such a deplorable action for a return that has never happened other times? (overlooking the fact that it would mean that Democrats behind it are such vile evil murderous individuals)

Then there is the obvious points. Like it happened in a reportedly conservative area who were mostly Republican supporters. Then you look at the police, the doctors, the ambulance workers. You are saying they all took jobs years, some probably decades earlier, and faithfully did their jobs keeping the peace and healing people all this time until their bosses in the Democratic party triggered their oscar worthy acting mission.

Then the parents. Many were long time residents. So they too harboured their time until they could send their children off to school to pretend that there was a murderer that day and they were to run out screaming at the right signal from the colluding teachers, who also were in on using these little children for political purposes. And to put these little actors through such an upsetting premise.

And are not many of the police, medical staff, parents, teachers, etc...still there? What about these parents that now do not have the son or daughter they once had? I guess they coldly just raised some orphan until they were at the right age to be used this way and then I guess shuttled away back to the secret orphanage......for what? To make Republicans look bad?

Anyways, I find it appallingly interesting how this kind of fake news brainwashing actually works on a substantial segment of the population. Even when logically and logistically it is not possible.

Trump & Jones have made a big deal of their appreciation of each other. I think finding out where Trump stands on this issue would be newsworthy in its own right. Does the (popular-vote losing) President of the United States endorse this outrageous & jaw-droppingly cruel "theory"?
