At least Obama played at the Naval Base Course near DC, where there weren't such travel and security expenses.
Trump see the US taxpayer as his little piggy bank.

thinking that he would stop their tax dollars from getting wasted by lazy "freeloaders".

Well, they got what they wanted, the Donald made good on his promise by wasting the tax dollars fast enough that there isn't any for the freeloaders!

I can't believe some of my family supported him, and some still support him.

Some have been putting stupid thoughts in my old mother's head.

"Have you been saying bad things on the internet?"

"He's the President and you should have respect for him"

fuck right off, Mom. I'm entitled to an opinion. And you've been trashing Obama for 8 years.

I don't get these people. I decided to stop talking to her for awhile. She even wouldn't let me be an atheist, but I've been that since 16 when I refused to do confirmation.

Maybe too much personal info, but the Faux News crowd, which my mom is a part of, is fucking wacky and stupid. I know which family asshole put her thoughts in my mother's head, and the next time I see her, I won't be talking to her. I'll repair the relationship with mom, but Easter dinner is off. No fucking way.

I have quite a few family members that I will be actively avoiding. Sadly, a few of them were actually fairly normal until recently. Fox news and Facebook bullshit have poisoned them.
