Ok ..It happened once...Will Congress set up funds and a system for states to make sure that it doesn't happen again?...My opinion..?..No. Why? It favored them, that is all they care about..Some may vote for such provisions..but I don't think it will ever even get to a vote. Who knows?

Absolutely correct....paper ballots..then, all that needs to be checked is who is elibible to vote.

Im expecting the Republicans to pass a bill requiring states to "modernize" voting.

But I think that going back to paper ballots should have been first 100 days legislation back in 2008

states were offered help but the red states refused such help.
