Mormon elder speaks in support of tithing to church over ones starving kids (VIDEO)

The message from this Mormon elder, cauterized in the heads of many, indicates the level of suffering some will accept for ideology or beliefs. Watch how he creates an unlikely reward for the suffering.

Many Progressives pull out their hairs trying to understand why so many people willfully vote against their interest. It is that nut that we must find some way to crack. But first, this is the message that elder Valeri V. Cordón gave at the Mormon’s biannual General Conference shown in this excerpted video.

They'll make sure you get food.

They'll also make sure the head of the household gets a better job so they can tithe and eat and put food away.

They'll ignore starving non-Mormons, but they make sure they take care of their own.

For one thing, that Mormon elder isn't saying to tithe because the church will make sure they're taken care of. The elder is making the claim that you tithe no matter what, even if it means starvation because you'll be blessed. He's making the claim miracles will happen.

I also think it's naive to think that the type of churches who make such demands and brainwash their members to fleece them in that way would take care of their members. I don't believe it for a second. I agree with the man who wrote that article. They don't exist to help their members. It's the other way around.

The Mormon church makes god damned sure that "miracle" happens.

And that's the point I was making. The fleecer makes the claim that a "miracle" will happen when you tithe even though it means starvation, then they go about insuring the "miracle" happens.

The fleecing argument is then reinforced for the fleeced. Then they go out in search of other sheep for the fleecing claiming that a "miracle" happened for them.
