Ten people have been killed in an explosion between two underground stations in St Petersburg.

The head of Russia's National Anti-Terrorist Committee said the blast hit a train between Sennaya Ploshchad and Tekhnologichesky Institut stations.

The committee said an explosive device was later found and made safe at another station nearby.

President Vladimir Putin said all causes, especially terrorism, were being investigated.

Putin can blame several outside entities; rally support & nationalism amongst the Russian people; enforce stricter & cruel controls over his nation; kill enemies that "just happened" to be on the train; ... so and so forth.

He's a busy guy.

I have no doubts....

Sad for the innocent people who have to be the collateral damage of Putin...

There is no question that this will be blamed on the protesters and used to crack down and prohibit any kind of protest or gatherings...

bringing the populace of Russia along with whatever misadventures he has planned without them. He has also silenced all opposition via intimidation and murder so I don't think he actually needs false flags.

If he did need them? There is no question he is ruthless enough to do it.
