He and Robert Mercer, the gazillionaire, have deliberate plans for using the Cambridge computer program to steal elections, they have developed practically a sure fire way to determine people's interests and voting patterns, can therefore target literal block by block of voters.
This election was hacked. There is no other way to explain how all the polls could be so wildly off the mark.
