Its just so freakin obvious

(149 posts)I don't know what JPT is. Louise M does jump to conclusions on little evidence at times, so it just stands to reason that you should be discerning when you read what she writes. Masha Gessen warns that she sees the left increasingly believing propaganda and we need to not fall into that trap that we so vehemently decry from the right.
And btw I'm not saying she peddles propaganda, but she does tend to jump to conclusions that everything is a Russian conspiracy.

(149 posts)My point is Louise sometimes jumps to conclusions or exaggerates based on her opinion rather than objective facts. She has posted another blog entry tonight and one thing that sticks out is her claim that a "Russian spy stole the Facebook info of hundreds of millions of Americans." The guardian article she lists as the source for that says no such thing.

(5,270 posts)Pro-Putin pro-Trumpers are diligently trying to discredit her by misrepresenting her statements or in the case of the fake Twitter accounts, making up completely bogus conspiracy theories claiming to be from her. So, reader beware with all the fake accounts and hyper-political atmosphere with the Trump/Russia ties being exposed more every day.

(4,033 posts)The tweet from Louise says "Trump already did this - at his next rally."
You can't have already don't something that isn't going to occur until some future date.

(149 posts)Of the tweet from the fake Russian account. She was referring to a rally that occurred right after that.

(9,527 posts)How does a random tweet from an unknown person, that may or may not have been seen equal "proof"? It doesn't.
There's also the fact that you're expecting us to believe that there was a secretive grand conspiracy that was conducted openly on Twitter. Seems implausible at best. Why wouldn't they just direct message him on Twitter or send a text, or some other form of communication that had even the slightest bit of a pretense at security? Perhaps they couldn't afford to rent a billboard ad in Times Square?
Also I'm willing to wager that Trump had rallies between July 6th and July 26th which is when Trump called for Russia to find Clinton's emails.

(4,451 posts)That is clear and factual. He did so AFTER this TROLL acct told him to. That, to me, is direct evidence.
