I know this is minor at this point, but the President shouldn't tweet about immunity deals

I mean, that's an example of how ****ing far off the deep end we are.

Forget Flynn's connection to the administration for a second. Under a sane administration, if the top law enforcement officer in the country were publicly weighing in on an immunity deal even in a case not related to the White House, that would be pretty shocking and would probably dominate the headlines for a week.

Whatever he thinks, he tweets. Rules, protocol, nor procedures are ever his concern. He is the ultimate example of ignorance.

We should be keenly aware of this point. It is not mentioned enough that we are experiencing a new normal when it comes to Trump behavior.
