to be stupid and clueless. I have a feeling the trump clan is playing him. For all of the crap coming out and he has to report it the attention will be on his idiocy and not on them. I really do not think he is involved in what trump and his crooks are doing.

he and Priebus were contacting FBI and Justice Dept. to quash the initial story, if you remember.
THAT is obstructing justice.
Maybe not jail for Spicer, but arrest. conviction and big fine.
then again, arrest and immunity would be better, if he squeals.
