They'll know names, dates, and times. And the immunity offer will be contingent on open testimony of those same facts. He may blame it on the greys and if he gets immunity for that it's because someone in DOJ rightly or wrongly decided that would move the peanut forward in whatever case they're trying to build.

The idea that people get immunity for something and then surprise the gov't...that's the stuff of TV. Real world, the government knows exactly what it's buying when the cost is letting someone walk on a range of prosecutable crimes.

There are few surprises in immunity deals. They'll know exactly what he he's going to say and they'll investigate it rigorously for loopholes before signing the deal. And the deal will be contingent upon him revealing all in sworn testimony, if he starts twisting things the immunity deal can be voided.

I sure hope the FBI has several armed guards around Flynn at all times right now.
