can get the same info from other sources, or if he doesn't have anything really juicy, they won't offer immunity. If he cuts a deal with the Senate committee it could be soon (but it might be in closed session, depending on what he's got); if the deal is with the FBI it probably won't be until some time later. Also, if he gets immunity from the Senate committee but not the FBI, he could still be prosecuted. That's what happened to John Dean.

Flynn asks for full immunity, the government offers immunity only regarding this. Flynn says no thanks and pleads the 5th to every question.
