5. Something she just said - is the Inteligence committees' job "to do oversight of the WH"?

Certainly it is to investigate the Russia intrusion in our election, and to provide oversight on intelligence gathering issues, but to provide oversight of the WH?

The investigation active. There are guidelines about proper communication between members of the IC committees and anyone outside the committee. Secret meetings with targets? Going outside the proper channels to individually gather info? None of this is allowed.
