2) It offers testimony in a roundabout way: "Flynn certainly has a story to tell and he very much wants to tell it".
Technically they have not 'offered testimony' in exchange for 'immunity', but it is plain that is the elephant on the negotiating table.
Agreed: Nunes must go. Yesterday would not be too soon.
The USA needs a special counsel / independent prosecutor / special prosecutor / independent counsel to get to the bottom of this and disinfect the US electoral system thoroughly and completely.
