Presidential scandals:

Can anyone add to the list? I don’t mean opinion/ideological, I mean treasonous, impeachable, unlawful acts by a President of the United States and that was public and prosecutable.

This is all I can think of right now:

Teapot Dome - Harding
Watergate - Nixon
Trump Russia - (cast of thousands)

My opinion would include Iraq war, but Bush had congress, patriot act, basically the law allowing it. We would still have to charge him and his cabinet.
