Has anyone else seen this weird problem..MSNBC?

Last night on Maddow, she mentioned Manafort and my TV went bonkers for a few seconds repeating a word over and over like it was stuck.

Just a few min ago Chanel Jones mentioned Manafort, same thing . Stuck on one word over and over like a broken record about two seconds.

Brand new TV,this has never happened at any other time.

I doubt it's your TV, but that is a possibility. My first guess would be the quality of the signal degrading. Back when radio and TV signals were analog this would have caused static or snow. With digital when the signal is not strong enough there can be a pixelation of the picture and something similar can happen to the audio. Your new TV maybe more sensitive to signal strength or the signal coming from your cable/satellite provider is weak. Other places would be in the cable connections to your house, to your boxes including your TV. One other place for trouble would be an intermittent weakness of signal coming to your provider. There are so many links in the chain-anyone can be the trouble.

We don't used cable/satellite but over the air broadcast TV and even with that we get these kind of issues

If needed there are line amplifiers to boost the signal before the spliters.

the trouble is at the sources. Whether someone at MSNBC was messing around or a technical problem. If not nationwide then the trouble is somewhere else.

She felt like our signal would break up often when negative Trump news seemed to be airing.

I suspect it's just the phenomena of humans finding patterns where their may be none, noticing it more simply because it's news they want to hear. A common thing.

Now if it starts to become a regular thing, with Maddow specifically doing certain types of pieces, I'd get worried.

If it happens at the same spot it's transmission.

Send a message to the network.

It has nothing to do with Manaforts name, it's jus when she is talking about him you are concentrating the most.

When she is talking about Trump your trying not to vomit.

Cosmic rays
Subliminal advertising
Number nine, number nine
Mouse chewing cable
Satan

Probably digital sync problem. If not, someones playing games at network level.

From the night it first happened and people here from all over the country heard Rachel stuck on one word and wondered why she didn't seem to know it happened.

I tried searching .
